This includes a discussion on exercise, digestion, stresses, behaviours, and routines. It is a look at your physical, mental and emotional wellness. Together we can work to modify old habits and create new ones. This is done through education and support. It will be my responsibility to keep you on track and empower you to make changes that you thought you couldn’t do.
